1. About Secondshows
Secondshows provides styling services for dance portfolio photoshoots, group costume styling, creative consultations, and related services.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all website visitors, clients, bookings, and purchases made through the website or directly with Secondshows.
2. Bookings & Consultations
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Clients may be required to provide accurate contact details, measurements, sizing information, and consultation information.
• Consultation dates and styling services are only confirmed once payment or deposit requirements have been completed (where applicable).
• Secondshows reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.
3. Payments
• Prices for services and products are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required before services begin.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
• Secondshows reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests where possible.
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the nature of the booking and preparation already completed.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or payments.
• In the event Secondshows must cancel or reschedule a booking, clients will be offered an alternative date or refund where appropriate.
5. Styling Services
• Styling recommendations and curated looks are tailored to each client’s vision, preferences, and provided measurements.
• Final styling decisions remain collaborative between Secondshows and the client.
• Secondshows is not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate sizing or measurements provided by clients.
• While every effort is made to achieve the desired aesthetic, exact outfit availability may vary depending on suppliers and availability.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information during consultations
• Attend appointments on time
• Communicate preferences, deadlines, and requirements clearly
• Ensure all measurements and sizing details are accurate
Failure to provide necessary information may affect the quality or timing of services.
