At Secondshows, we aim to provide high-quality styling services and carefully curated products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.

 

Styling Services

 

Due to the personalised and time-based nature of our styling services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

Deposits

• Deposits made for consultations, styling services, or group costume bookings may be non-refundable once planning or preparation work has begun.

 

Cancellations

• Clients are encouraged to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Completed Services

• Refunds are not typically offered for completed styling consultations or services once delivered.

 

Products & Costume Orders

 

If physical products, costumes, or garments are purchased through Secondshows:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

• Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• Customised, made-to-order, altered, or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe depending on your payment provider.
